Answer: Yes!
We have a physical store based in Ringwood, 40 minutes east of Melbourne.

Question: How much does shipping cost? And do you ship worldwide?
Answer: Yes we ship to almost every country! Shipping cost depends on the size of your order, where it is going and the shipping option you select.
The best way to calculate shipping cost is to simply create an account and add the desired items to your cart - it will display the full costs before confirming your order.
Question: What payment methods are available?
Answer: We accept several payment methods including:
- Credit Card
- Money Orders (to be written out to 'Fist2Face')
- Direct Debit
- Pay-Pal
- Cash (F2F hold no responsibility for arrival of cash)
Question: What is a Money Order?
Answer: A Money Order is like a bank cheque, but you don't need your own cheque book to make one. Anyone can make them at your local Post Office. They do, however, charge you a fee of about $3.
Question: Can you send me free stuff with my order?
Answer: YES! We always send as much free stuff as possible such as stickers, flyers, badges and patches... This totally depends on what we have lying around the office.
Question: Is your merch authorised merch?
Answer: YES! Fist2Face only order stock from creditable suppliers who carry authorised merchandise where the artist is paid for each sale.
