Biography

Cooper Street Exit are made up of three brothers who come from the eastern suburbs of Melbourne. After leaving their previous bands to pursue their own projects, the McManus brothers decided it would be best to join forces to create 'Cooper Street Exit'. And what they've created is a rock band with some alt. country flavorings, who deliver one of the most exciting live shows around, which is a pleasure for the eyes, just as much as it is for the ears. They have supported the likes of Paul Dempsey, Claire Bowditch, Old Man River, Blueline Medic, Bluejuice, Limbeck (U.S.A) and Little Red.

Their new 'Little Bird' e.p which was recorded at Melbourne's Sing Sing studios in early 2007 is now available. The songs have been road tested live and are receiving great response form the crowds.

Cooper Street Exit's Motto is simple. If your Gonna do it, do it with 110% pride and passion... Otherwise give up.
