 The (temperamental) Pocket is a modern acoustic performer from the Central Coast of NSW. At the ripe old age of 20, Nathan Martin AKA “The (temperamental) Pocket” has had a vast range of experience for his age, having been on the musical stage for the past 5 years and played in a variety of bands, winning accolades all over the state of NSW in venues ranging from The Cambridge Hotel, Newcastle to the Mandarin Club, Sydney supporting bands such as Angelas Dish, Bright Yellow, Unpaid Debt and The Tenants. Since the inception of this project eight months ago Nathan and the rest of The Pocket has played with the likes of Sarah Humphreys, Fear Like Us (Melbourne),Defiance Ohio (USA),and BlueLine Medic in places such as Falls Festival (Vic), Port Macquarie Brisbane andAlbury/Wodonga to name a few travels. The (temperamental) Pocket is a project that takes a step back from his punk roots and delves into the song writing that can only be achieved from an acoustic, storytelling style. |
